Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek, an American actor from the United States. She is well known for portraying Tiffany Wilson on the 2004 comedy White Chicks Danielle Brooks as Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox House, Lura grant on HBO's Big Love series and Francine Hanson on AMC's Mad Men. Anne Dudek has gained fame as an American actress for portraying Tiffany Wilson in White Chicks the 2004 comedic film. Her television appearances comprise Dr. Amber Volakis, in the Fox's House sitcom, Danielle Brookson, in USA Network drama Covert Affairs; and Lura Gran, in the HBO drama Big Love. Dudek, who was raised in Massachusetts, attended Northwestern University and got her very first acting job on stage in The Iphigenia Cycle. The production went off-Broadway in New York City where she received the Joseph E. Calloway award for her outstanding performance. She was featured as one of the top ten emerging theater actors to follow in American Theater Magazine. Dudek eventually landed roles on television and the big screen. Matthew Heller, the talented actor and mother-of-two behind a camera was her husband from 2008 to 2016 Dudek was originally was born in Boston Massachusetts, on March 22nd 1975. Her family was from Newton. She was an undergraduate at Northwestern University in her early days, and was in various theater productions and on Broadway performing in The Glass Menagerie in the musical Wrong Mountain in 2000. In 2000, her role as The Glass Menagerie won her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group was the first British drama-comedy she appeared in. Since then, she's been a guest on a number of TV shows such as Desperate Housewives, Friends The Way I Met Your Mother Charmed Bones Six Feet Under and Desperate Housewives. The pilot episode of Psych, she played Lucinda as well as on Law & Order Criminal Intent a teacher who had a relationship with a student. Dudek was then cast in the role of Amber Volakis. She was one of 40 doctors that Dr. Gregory House was considering for permanent positions as part of his team. This began in the Season 4 of the show. She continued to portray her character for the entirety of the season, but she died in Wilson's head as well as the House's heart in the two-part finale of the show. Then, she returned in the episode Saviors of Season 5, as the hallucination of House. She continued to appear in this role for the remainder in the entire season. Dudek later appeared on Big Love and Mad Men in various roles, including Alby Grant's antagonistic husbands, Francine Hanson. Dudek was the first to make her Covert Affairs debut in 2010 in the role of Danielle Brooks' sister. Dudek has also been seen in films as the character of cruise-line heir Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy White Chicks and also played Anthony Hopkins's daughter in The Human Stain.
